Empower3D hands: The Journey
David Bressler
Empower3D Hands Inc. is a non profit organization founded by David Bressler, a medical student at Drexel University College of Medicine. David first got introduced to 3D printing at Brandeis University, where he studied Biology and Neuroscience. While studying at Brandeis, David was President of the Brandeis Prosthesis Club and the club had made 10 prosthetic devices for children all around the world. After moving to Philadelphia, David wanted to continue this work, and thus Empower3D Hands Inc was formed. Using 3D printing technology, we make functional upper limb prosthetics tailored to each individual’s preferences. From children to adults, we serve individuals of all ages, offering our services free of charge.
